Naples Florida Hotels - Kayak Friendly?? *LINK*

I will be at a conference in Naples in March. Does anyone know of any Kayak friendly ones right near the downtown area? I prefer smaller mom/pop type operations with direct water access as I will have one of my boats with me - The conference is at the Naples Beach Resort which is huge and expensive.
