Rentals in South Florida & Baja Mexico

My kayaking buddies and I are headed to two kayaking destinations in March - Florida (Sanibel, and the Everglades) and Baja, Mexico. While visiting these places, we want to rent sea kayaks. Naturally, we want performance boats, made of, if not kevlar, at least fiber glass. Two of the three of us have brand new Avocets arriving from England in March, so that's our much preferred make/model, after test paddling many, many boats over the past couple of years. But of course, we're flying to Florida and Mexico, so we'll be renting boats this trip. Can anyone help?
