I stopped by at 4pm Fri.(low tide). The parking lot, lower lot and ramp are all clear of ice and snow. Ramp had high water junk line just a few feet short of where it joins the lower lot. Water was very high when I went by the Black Hall River at 10 am., only about 1 inch of marker on the west side of the bridge was showing.

By the way the Black Hall Marina is for sale, if the club is looking for a slightly inland but easy access to the Sound club house, that also has income from dockage etc.. Ice cream just down the road too! The restruant/bar beyond Hallmarks is also for sale, if anyone would like to make a go of it.
