Have never used it, but how about something like online meetings ("Web Meeting" or "Net Meeting")?
- Cost of fuel.
- Travel time during the week.
- Conflicting schedules.Don't know what would be involved in implementing or the cost, someone would have to show up and set up the gear, find a phoneline or ethernet link of some sort. (I'm not an computer IT guy, I do realtime electrical-type stuff)
Just a thought.
