Members in good standing (those whose membership expires on or after December 31, 2011) may vote in one of two ways, either by completing an electronic proxy or by completing a written ballot at the February meeting, as detailed below. Members may only vote once, and ballots may not be amended or annulled after being cast.

Electronic proxy votes: Electronic voting is now available and will close at midnight on Monday, February 13. Complete instructions, a list of candidates and their statements where provided may be reviewed in the sticky postings on the Bulletin Board, "ConnYak Elections - Procedures" and "ConnYak Elections - Voting."

Written ballots: For members who do not complete a ballot by electronic proxy, paper ballots will be available during the club's monthly meeting held in the Parks & Recreation Building in Wallingford on Wednesday, February 15 commencing at 6:30 p.m. Voting will close at 7:15 p.m.
