If you look at the top of the BB page you will see a menu option Trouble Ticket.

Click on this link and see what it says. You use this to send a message to the BB monitor when you are having some problem with the board. The Trouble Ticket will send your message and some information about your browser, what message you are looking at, etc. and sometimes it helps pinpoint what the problem is.
