The profiles have me a little puzzled. I have been trying to figure out what is happening or has happened.

I am pretty sure of the following:
- creating a profile allows a user to establish a posting name and no one else can then post with that name.
- creating a profile does not require the user to enter any data in the profile so that is why some profiles are blank, they are just the poster's name and an email address
- what happened to your profile, I don't know as I can't find it. How long ago did you last access your profile?

Maybe we lost some profiles back in 2010 when we changed over the webserver and upgraded the BBS software.
