: The By-Laws ars not Flawed!!!!!!!!

While I agree that the Bylaws are not necessarily flawed, clearly the election was. The reasons for the failure are debatable, but in the interest of everyone possibly getting along at least until the meeting, let's try to refrain from duking it out on the BB. I am encouraged to learn that, hopefully, a new fair and democratic election is in the works. If so, it shouldn't be too difficult for us to get past this unfortunate mess.
