Went on Clark's ConnYak trips to Eastport, Me for a week of doing the high tidal runs in that area followed by inland lake kayaking in Maine. Also went with him and his grandson (?) on a ConnYak trip I led for four days to Lake George Islands. Clark had a knack for organizing group camping trips, meals, etc and getting everyone to participate and enjoy the experience. He was instrumental in the early days of ConnYak in getting us a place to hold meetings during the winter season at Manchester Community College, where he as a professor in the theater dept. A truly kind, gentle, humorous and giving man with an enthusiasm for the outdoors and for sharing his experience with others. More can be seen at
