You can get a picture from facebook to post in your message as well. Here is how.

This is Ed's link to the facebook page

Clicking on the above link will take you to the facebool page.
Click on the picture in facebook and a bigger picture will open,
put your cursor in the middle of the picture,
"right click" your mouse,
a window will open,
click on "Properties" at the bottom of the window,
another window will open,
copy the url that appears in this window (highlight the full address, right click, select "copy"),
then paste the address in the body of your message like this as a link,

or, if you copy the url address into the Optional Image URL: block on the message posting form you will get the picture to appear on the posting, like this
Important: Note the end of the address is .jpg. This tells you that the url is an image as opposed to a link to a page like the address in Ed's posting.
