Dave, I don't see how requiring wet exit competency at a picnic or lake practice where skirts aren't required is necessary. If we make level 0 or whatever we choose to call it, a non-trip only level, would you be ok with it? The level could also be used for slideshows, guest speakers and other events as well. I really think that we should have a rating that is especially clear in its language to be welcoming and open to EVERYONE. Call it level E if you like.
