If you can't make the Club meetings, but have thoughts concerning the changes to trip rating system, how the website is arranged, how the Club "language" is written or whatever, now's the time to speak up. Most of the people involved in revising the rating system etc. are already familiar with all the different paddling venues and have been managing to get by OK with the way everything works for years now. While we clearly see areas where things could be improved, it would be very helpful to receive some feedback from newer and less active members (or active members who don't like change) as to how we can make changes (or not) that will work better for you. The idea of the changes is to be more open and welcoming to the sea kayaking community and to better communicate what to expect when someone chooses to come along on a ConnYak paddle. Speak up now instead of complaining later.
