Although you can't buy an Arctic Cheetah, Martin Leonard III demonstrated what you can do with what was essentially a closed deck surfski and a wing paddle. He paddled his boat across the arctic from the Pacific Ocean to the the Atlantic (the Northwest Passage) 15 years ago. He seemed a bit ahead of his time in that now fast expedition boats are starting to evolve and become popular. Also, I think "Arctic Cheetah" is a great name for a boat.
