Never cared for the Cetus myself as i only paddled the LV briefly, but definitely the
TideRace boats feel less secure than the Explorer in waves. (to me) Have you tried
the Rockpool boats such as the Alaw or Alaw Bach?

On a side note - a certain NDK guy told me that most of those who move away from NDK
boats eventually return to them...so there must be a reason for that.
