A newsletter is scheduled to come out and it would be nice to have some articles by various paddlers about anything. Sometimes people don't feel qualified to write something or sometimes they're not sure what to write about. Our organization is about people with their various experiences, opinions and abilities who paddle kayaks. In the last newsletter, the officers wrote things but that's not the way it should be. You have just as much to say as anyone else and paddlers like to read opinions and experiences that others have.

Here's some ideas that may stimulate your energy to share experiences.

Things I learned, things I wish I knew how to do. My favoite boat - why.
An article of gear you like. (Keep the dislikes for the BB)
Something you built or altered. (Dave Niles already furnished a paddle making article)
A place you like to paddle / favoite launch
A usefull technique you often use.
How to do something - paddle skills or eating with utensils
Paddling at night experiences
Biggest mistake you made on the water
Why you love ConnYak.
Reflections on learning to roll or paddling
Why I hate paddling in rough water
Building something that came out terrible
A course or workshop you took
And of course - My paddling vacation
Why I hate Greenland Paddles

etc.

Please keep them on the short side because we have only 4 pages. You don't have to be a great writer just a basic writing of your experiences or opinions.
