Attention all CLASK personnel:
In view of last year's experiments sending probes out during storm events,
I am withdrawing CLASK's sanction of the May 18th activities at Cedar Lake.

The intent of this Bull is not to prevent others from attempting to repeat
the experiments mentioned above, but it must be without CLASK approval.
