There never has been any voting since there has never been any candidates running for anything other than those who do it. When somebody drops out of a position, fortunately somebody has always stepped up and volunteered to do it. Anybody can volunteer for any of the officers positions. It just has never happened in the past. So, at most of the past meetings when the first of the year comes, in one sentence (or less) we announce who's the officers and go on with the conversations. Officers have no power. They just take a responsibility to be there and do some things.
