Just to give this dead horse one last whack, the assumption underlying this whole thread is that the NRS guarantee is not as solid as that from Kokatat. However no one has provided any evidence of that (actually the only evidence comes from testimonials about how good the Kokatat guarantee is . . . suggesting that people have had to resort to it more). My one experience with NRS was a pair of Hydroskin shorts that became unstitched and NRS replaced it "no questions asked". Furthermore, I bought my NRS drysuit through REI (providing a $150 rebate at the end of the year) which provides a second layer of "100% percent guarantee". As for possible failure, the only ones I would worry about are the gaskets and the zippers and since both companies use the same, it also does not seem to be an issue.
