Not only does Kokatat stand behind it's products, but they are extremely sensitive considering that nature of drysuits and its use as well as honoring consumer loyalty.
2 years ago my brother sent in his original (tourquise/yellow) one for a booties installation. This suit was patched by him and beat beyond belief. They sent a letter and said the suit is so beat it would not be worth any updates. But.... they just happened to have an XL blemish suit which they would sell to him for just over the price of the bootie installation. Blemish baloney. They sold him a new suit for almost nothing. They also said they hung his suit on the wall of the factory. What other company does things like that for their customers? OK, eVent breathes a little better. So what.
