The logic is: Goretex has performance standards that are high enough that you will not even know there is a problem and they will replace the whole garment without you knowing you need it. I had a 10 year old suit that was working OK as far as I could tell. I sent it in to get new gaskets. Kokatat sent me a new suit.

Do you know if your eVent suit is still working the way it was supposed to? How would you find out? What would you get if it weren't? It could be that eVent will last 10 years and still be good as new, but after 10 years my goretex suit actually is new.
