I'm really happy that others agree we need to keep scheduled paddles on the events calendar. There are times where I don't join on paddles posted on the Bulletin Board because I feel those people are more advanced and I would hold them back or that I wouldn't be up to the paddle. It is easier to judge whether the scheduled paddles are appropriate for my level. I'm usually away for one month during the summer, so I often find that there are not enough scheduled paddles for the months that I am around.
