Three of us went long boat surfing near Campo Beach off Westport this morning. It was down a lot from the report from last night - 3-4' East swell jacked up by the ebb. I swam once - my Mako6 got suspended between two waves and I couldn't reach the water with my paddle. That's never good. It would have blown away if not for the paddle leash. Typical - you take it out, show it a good time, and it runs away from you on the first opportunity!
