I think we should have a schedule for some paddles especially the ones that are known ahead of time, like the Mystic Seaport boat show, or that we want to schedule, like the picnic. Most of the other paddles would probably be best if posted on the BB a week or so in advance, or that day if that is what happens. It is up to the poster to decide.

The thing we don't want to have is a paddle that is posted and no one shows up for, except for a new member, that really makes them unhappy with the club.
