The Mission of Our Club...

...to encourage and support recreational paddling opportunities within and outside Connecticut as well as to network members, trips, launch sites, education and safety. ConnYak has day trips and overnighters both inland and open ocean. Our trips vary from beginner to advanced. ConnYak also schedules various guest speakers at its meetings as well as networks instruction and pool availability. Our prime goal is to have fun. All paddlers are encouraged to take lessons and can join us on our trips with the full understanding that each paddler is responsible for their own safety.
